Sound Drafting & Design Inc. offers complete design services for your new home or garage. We are a BCIN firm registered with the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for the design of small buildings (including homes), residential HVAC design, and residential plumbing. All of these drawings and designs are required in order to apply for a new home building permit within the province of Ontario.
Although Sound Drafting & Design Inc. is qualified for design services in all of Ontario, we are located in the Town of Parry Sound and tend to stay within a 100km radius. That said, if site consultations are not required, this process can be done entirely by email.
